Well it looks like lots of players are keep to cut their teeth on the massive 18-basket layout at Ruffey Lake before competing in the Vicopen next week. Another fantastic turnout with 23 players getting their first look at the slightly tweaked Ruffey Lake Park layout, including the new Quarry hole. David Heath took out 1st place this month comfortably by 3 strokes over Ari Taylor. Players were quite exhausted after playing the full layout so the course was packed up early but a few keep players stuck around to play on the permanent 6-basket layout. Let’s hope the practice provides a strong home field advantage for our Victorian players in next weeks Vicopen! Checkout the full results below.
