Four rounds down and the top 8 places are filled by players who have missed no more than one round. In fact already, we have just 3 who have missed nothing (they’re in places 1, 3 & 4).
With 18 players, including a few new members, we had our best attendance all year on a warm, fine autumn day.
My apologies for my rapid departure (and leaving Jeff to wrap up the event) – I was on a plane to Singapore at 6pm – just made it!
Congratulations to Cam Ford for taking out the league day AND scoring an Ace on his first throw of the round (on hole 9 – the usual hole 6 – the basket in the image at the top of this page). This means that the ace pool is looking a little thin!
Paul Arden took out line-honours with a very fine 5-under 51.
